This is Lil' Dogger, Mrs. Stull's class pet. Every week someone is assigned to take Lil' Dogger home and take care of her. She comes with her own carrier, journal, and library books. Katelyn was responsible for Lil' Dogger this week. She took her to dance and AWANA and she brushed her and read to her every night. Her journaling about her days with Lil' Dogger was wonderful! She really enjoyed the repsonsibility of having a "pet". She wants a hamster and we are making her save her own money to buy all the supplies and the hamster herself, so maybe having Lil' Dogger here for the week was a good thing.
